This was the question that I asked myself as I bought my tickets to the British Style Collective, and as with any fashion event, there is no room for a faux-pas! As I wondered that “look” would be appropriate, I drew inspiration from Parisian style. The city of fashion’s ladies always to look effortlessly distinct yet are able to blend into the city well, perfect for someone who wants all eyes on the catwalk and not themselves as the spectacle!

The only way to pull off this oxymoron is to give a classical outfit a twist!
Sometimes the most statement outfits are simply a modern twist on a classical look.
Who could go wrong with well fitting jeans & a bold necklace to frame a white blouse?
But of course, said blouse will need a little flare!

As always, I suggest looking into your own wardrobe first and styling your pieces to express your own personality. The nature of this look is perfect for this. Bring out your favourite jeans that make you feel hella fine, and mix and match your jewelry from a statement necklace to dangling earrings to give your outfit a subtle change each time your wear it!
